Okay, here’s the skinny on the Bunco/Dance party:

It's going to be on Saturday, 7/25/09. Doors open at 5:30pm & the games start at 7:00ish. Dancing starts when the crowd demands it!

It's a benefit I’m doing for the September Breast Cancer walk. So, it'll be $15 per person at the door. The cost breaks down as follows:
$5 Will go towards food & "soft" drinks;
$5 Will go towards the Bunco prize money;
$5 Will go towards the donation bucket for the Breast Cancer Walk.
(exact change is appreciated. makes dividing up the prize money easier)

There will also be raffles, silent auctions, etc for those that REALLY get into the spirit of fund raising to help FIGHT cancer.

At the last couple parties that I threw, it was BYOB if you wanted anything a little stronger than soda or punch (the entry cost just isn’t enough to supply all the alcohol too). However, I will have on hand a keg of my Homebrewed Honey Red Belgian Ale (I can hear Eric’s comments now, LOL). I’ll probably have the iced bucket of Jagermeister pump-o-matic out too!

I am going to limit the Bunco players to about the first 20 or 24 people and total party guests to around 50ish. If you’ve never played Bunco before, don’t worry. It’s a drunk friendly game & Women have been “playing” it that way for years. A quick 3 minute lesson & you’re cool to go (it’s just simplified yatzy). There are always a few variations on the rules, but let’s not get uptight over it. After all, this is a Drama Free Zone!!!....

As well as the whole bottom floor available to guests, I will also have the patio area set up with chairs, table, swing seat, etc. A lot of people seem to like to hang out there and enjoy their drinks, cigarettes or cigars (absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors). I’ll even supply a few Indian Hookah pipes for those that enjoy hookah (or shisha as the Egyptions call it).

I would like all RSVP's in to me by 6:00pm on Wednesday the 22nd so I can make sure to have enough food, drinks, etc. Send your RSVP’s via Facebook e-mail message, direct e-mail or on my shoephone.

Oh yeah, feel free to wear “pink”. It will sorta be the theme since it’s for Breast Cancer. Remember, Save the Tata’s!!!....
