I am about to pull up 4 Cascade Rhizomes and wanted to offer clippings to the users of the Forum prior to sending out to the mailing list.

There are 4 Rhizomes that are going into there 4th season and then there will be enough trimmings for many people. Home grown hops are best used for Aroma and Flavoring. They are not recommended for Bittering because you can not tell what the Alpha Acid truly is unless you send it out to be tested.
