Yeast starter foamover
So I did something today that I should know better not to do...I made some yeast starters and although I used foam control in the boil, I forgot to add it to the flasks when I pitched the yeast and covered loosely w/tin foil.
I went out for a few hours to come back to one of the 3 flasks w/o tin foil - b/c it foamed over and the foam knocked the foil off. The other 2 flasks were not far behind with their foam. I put a drop of foam control into each and put a new piece of foil ontop of the one that had no lid.
My question is will the starter that lost its lid contaminated or should I still use it in my next beer?
Thx! And yes, I knew better but wasn't thinking!

Use it! I wouldn't worry. It just means you have health yeast!
