America's Finest City Homebrew Competition 2009

Here it is, a competition that I recommend we all enter beers into! This is the AFCHC2009, sponsed by Quaff. Beers need to be at Alesmiths by the 13th of February. Judging will be held on the 20th and the 21st. See the link below for more information. I will be a Steward at this competition and I will also have 13 beers/cider/meads entered into this competition.

I will be dropping my beers off in a few weeks. I still have to carb up my Maibock and bottle it and then I am ready to drop them off. I work about 1/4 mile from Ale Smiths so I can drop off entries when ever if you bring your stuffs tonight I can drop them off tomorrow with no inconvience to me.

Hey Eric, I have filled out the form for my mead that I did last year. So when do I need to have this to you by, I would think next week or so, let me know. I also have a porter that I am thinking of entering.

Super, I am out of town today and tomorrow but I will be back on Thursday. You can really drop them off when ever, as long as I am home. I am out of town till Thursday, so anytime after that works good. You have my cell number? Just shoot me a call when you have time to drop them off and if I am home it should be good to go!
Oh wait? You are entering a mead.... Hum.... So am I, Looks like we are going head to head!

I too have some entries to drop off. I have 4 - Porter, American IPA, Apple Cider, and a American Brown Ale - just have to get it carbonated and bottled. Maybe I can drop them off Tuesday next week?

Tuesday next week I will be home late in the evening. I will be home all day Saturday however!

Monday I will be out of Town, I come in late Tuesday night, but Wednesday/Friday of next week work great for me as well.
I think I will enter my Siason that I have. It is the only beer I currently have worth entering.
Eric, when are you dropping off your beers for the comp?
